Optimized Configuration and Operating Plan for Hydrogen Refueling Station with On-Site Electrolytic Production

Hydrogen refueling stations (HRSs) are critical for the popularity of hydrogen vehicles (fuel cell electric vehicles—FCEVs). However, due to high installation investment and operating costs, proliferation HRSs is difficult. This paper studies with on-site electrolytic production storage devices proposes an optimization method minimize total costs including both (OPT-ISL method). Moreover, acquire constraints demand, this creatively develops a behavior simulation different kinds FCEVs hydrogen-demand estimation model forecast demand hourly intervals HRS. The Jensen–Shannon divergence applied verify accuracy estimation. result: 0.029 much smaller than that in reference.
